Real Estate Investing Principles

There are many different strategies to use in your real estate investment business, but at the core, there are certain key principles that any successful real estate business must have.

1. Building Relationships

2. Understanding the numbers - they’ll always show you what to do

3. Reduction of Risk

4. Motto - Always Be Prepared!

5. Setting Goals

6. Get the proper education and knowledge

Successfull investing is all about building relationships with people you come into contact with, from buyers, sellers, realtors, brokers, banks, inspectors, property managers, the list goes on but you get the idea. Build relationships!

Reduce your risk in all your transactions by incorporating the strategies I teach you and using the clauses that protect you, your contingency clauses which allows you to back out of a deal and get your money back, risk free! Have your exit strategy in mind when going into any investment.

Set goals for what you want to accomplish and create a plan that outlines precisely what you are going to do to achieve it, how many calls will you make in a week, how many offers will you write in a week, how many properties will you look at? Set up specific goals and values for yourself and commit to doing it.

By following through with your commitments each day you create new habits that positively reinforce your goals and bring you closer to realization of them.

Always be prepared! Have a ready supply of business cards, offers to purchase, and promissory notes with you in your briefcase. When opportunity presents, take action!

Prosperous Investing,
